BURLESQUE & DANCE CLASSES IN KILSYTH MARCH 2024

Wednesdays 6 to 27 March 2024

6.30pm to 7.30pm: Classic BURLESQUE
7.30pm to 8.30pm: DANCE THROUGH THE ERAS

CASUAL CLASS: $25 per class, or $45 for both classes
4 CLASS PASS: $90 per x4 class pass, or $165 for both x4 class passes

Velvet Vice Studio presents two Burlesque and Dance classes, suitable for Adult beginners, dance enthusiasts, all bodies and levels of experience!

DATE & TIME:

6.30PM – CLASSIC BURLESQUE:
Feel confident in your body while learning the art of tease with these classic burlesque fundamentals.
6 March: Vintage Tease – Learn the burlesque fundamentals of shimmys, bump & grind and the peel & reveal
13 March: Showgirl Sass – Strut your stuff while perfecting your showgirl walks, poses, kicks and turns
20 March: Blues Baddies – Get down and dirty with steamy bend and snaps, floor flow, and booty pops
27 March: Boa-licious – Learn how to tame one if the biggest, baddest burlesque props with our Boa fundamentals. Boas provided.

7.30PM – DANCE THROUGH THE ERAS:
Each week learn a fun and flirty new dance based on the most popular styles of the time.  
6 March: Great Gatsby – Let’s get this party started with a cheeky Charleston where we will have you feeling Crazy in Love!
13 March: Go-Go Gidget! – Twist out to the grooviest tunes from the swinging 60’s and show us how your Boots Were Made For Walkin’
20 March: Disco Divas – Burn baby Burn! Unleash your Diva in a Hot Stuff dico dance that is sure to heat up more than just the dancefloor
27 March: Glam Rock – Let your hair down with a head banging 80’s hair metal routine that’s sure to leave you hungry for some sweet Cherry Pie!

WHAT TO BRING & WEAR:
Please wear something that you can feel sexy and comfortable in. Suitable dance heels are optional if you are confident enough to move in them, otherwise please wear grip socks or bare feet. Bring a hand towel and water bottle.
